3M Polyester Tape is an ideal tape to adhere and hold plastic makeready, for example Nylon sheets (Sustamid) or Polyurethane sheets . The polyester liner also makes it ideal to adhere over other, more abrasive makeready materials which might be marking up to provide a smooth passage through your machine. Excellent heat-resistance with an operating temperature up to 205°C. It’s also chemical resistant and resists shrinkings, curling, tearing and lifting. It leaves no residue upon removal. Available in 50mm wide rolls in 66m long. Other applications of high temperature suitability vary, but include powdercoat masking, flashbreaker, and bag sealing applications.
