These Coils DOES NOT fit the SMOK Helmet Nano Tank (which uses the smaller CLP-Nano coil series) . These Coils WILL NOT fit any standard bottom-airflow SMOK tanks, such as the TFV8, TFV12, TFV9, or Spirals series. These replacement coils are designed to fit exclusively with: SMOK Helmet Tank (included in the SMOK Knight Kit) SMOK Helmet Mini Tank (included in the SMOK Osub One Kit) How to Install & Prime Your Helmet-CLP Coils Since the SMOK Helmet series uses a unique, childproof top-cap assembly instead of a standard threaded tank base, swapping your coils is slightly different. Follow these simple steps to ensure a perfect, leak-free installation with zero dry burns: Remove the Chimney: Press down on the tank’s top cap and unscrew it (just like a childproof medicine bottle). The old coil will slide out of the tank attached directly to this top section. Swap the Coils: Unscrew the old, used coil from the chimney piece and screw your fresh Helmet-CLP coil firmly into its place. Prime the Cotton: Drip 2 to 3 drops of e-liquid directly into the top opening of the new coil and onto the exposed cotton wicking holes on the side. This pre-saturates the core. Fill and Wait: Fill your tank reservoir with e-liquid up to the designated “Max” line. Screw the top cap and new coil assembly back into the tank. Wait 10 to 12 minutes before your first puff to let the organic cotton fully saturate. 1. Access the chimney assembly: 1 min. Press down and unscrew the top cap of your Helmet Tank (utilizing the childproof lock). The old coil will slide out of the reservoir attached directly to the top chimney piece. 2. Unscrew and swap the coil: 1 min. Unscrew the spent coil directly from the chimney section. Screw your fresh Helmet-CLP coil firmly onto the chimney assembly. 3. Saturate the wicks: 10-12 min. Drip 2 to 3 drops of e-liquid directly into the top of the new coil and onto the exposed side juice inlets. Fill your tank reservoir to the “Max” line. Reinsert the chimney and coil assembly, screw the top cap down securely, and allow the tank to sit upright for 10 to 12 minutes to ensure the core is fully saturated before your first puff.
