It’s a robust matrix mounted on a strong polyester base and bonded with an adhesive across the entire base for fast fixture. XTC is the preferred matrix by many professionals across the world when creasing on auto-platen, cylinder and hand fed platen machines – the versatility is excellent. It offers the largest range of sizes across all brands and matrix’s are available in centred, off centred, u-Bend, multi-crease, internal-chamfer and mini options. 1. Base Size All sizes produced as standard on a 8.75mm base, with the exception of channel widths of 3.2mm – 3.5mm manufactured on a 12mm base, and channel widths of 4.0mm plus manufacture on a 15mm base.
